JOYity is provided to you by Zelfi AG for personal use. By using JOYity you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions for the Consumers
- By using JOYity services, a legal relationship of customer and Zelfi AG is created. Customer data collected within this relationship will be kept for 180 days.
- The customer may at any time request details of this relationship by sending an email to info@zelfi.com or by calling +49 6131 9064850.
- Usage of JOYity requires a mobile phone that complies with the technical requirements of JOYity. Zelfi is not liable if JOYity does not work on specific mobile phones.
- The download of JOYity is free of charge. The consumer may be charged data transfer fees by his or her mobile operator for downloading JOYity or data transfer while executing JOYity. Zelfi cannot influence these data transfer fees. The customer can ask his/her mobile operator about the fees.
- It is forbidden to use it for commercial purposes. If these rules are violated, Zelfi has the right to send user data to public authorities for prosecution according to law.
- The customer assures to provide correct data during registration. He/she will inform Zelfi about any changes to this data immediately.
- The customer may register with a nickname and keeps the nickname and the corresponding password safe in order to prevent unauthorized access. If he/she does not comply with these rules he/she will be responsible for any misuse of his/her password by third parties.
- The customer does not include any content of pornographic or otherwise inappropriate nature, affronting, discriminating, extremistic or criminally relevant content into JOYity games neither as player nor as game designer. Zelfi reserves the right to cancel the distribution of those applications at any time and to close the account of consumers violating these rules.
- The customer must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users of JOYity. He/she must not use JOYity for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
- The consumer is solely responsible for his/her conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips or links that are submitted and displayed on JOYity.
- Zelfi reserves the right to exclude a consumer without prior notice from using JOYity in case of misuse or infringement of these terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions of Zelfi AG
- Zelfi is neither responsible for actuality, completeness and accuracy of any information transmitted, nor for error-free transmission.
- Zelfi may refuse access to www.joyity.com or other JOYity products at any time.
- Zelfi reserves the right to modify or discontinue services or products free of charge at any time.
Final Terms
If single terms or conditions should be or become ineffective, the remaining terms and conditions are not effected.
